Loan Affordability Calculator

The Loan Affordability Calculator determines the amount of loan you can qualify and the maximum purchase price based on your minimum monthly instalment plan. It’ll give you a good idea how much you should budget for your new property purchase based on your comfortable income level. Once you have a budget, looking for a property to buy becomes easier.

If you are to include Total Debt Servicing Ratio (TDSR) in your financial calculation, enter your available income amount (after the TDSR computation) into Affordable Monthly Instalment and use the interest rate of 3.5%. This should give you some idea on your new budget.
